These Terms of Service apply when you use streetpeel.com or place an order with StreetPeel.

Please read them before purchasing. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.

Because products may be viewed on different screens and devices, colours may appear slightly different from the finished item.

Dimensions shown on product pages are approximate and may vary slightly as a result of the manufacturing process.

Unless a product description clearly states otherwise, StreetPeel vinyl stickers are single-colour cut vinyl decals with no printed background.

3. Orders

Submitting an order through our website is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to acceptance by StreetPeel. We may contact you if there is a problem with:

Payment
Stock availability
Delivery details
Personalisation information
Uploaded artwork
The design requested

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we believe a requested design may be unlawful, infringe third-party rights, be abusive, or be technically unsuitable to manufacture.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.

Any delivery charges applicable to your order will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can fulfil your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Personalised and custom-made products

Some StreetPeel products are made using information or artwork supplied by you.

You are responsible for checking that all personalisation details are correct before placing your order, including:

Names
Dates
Lap times
Social media handles
Spelling
Wording
Dimensions
Uploaded artwork or images

We normally manufacture personalised products using the information exactly as it is submitted with your order.

StreetPeel is not responsible for errors in the finished product that result directly from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Customer-supplied artwork and content

If you upload or submit artwork, logos, photographs, text or other material for us to reproduce, you confirm that:

You own the material or have permission to use it
You have the right to ask us to reproduce it
Producing the requested item will not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property rights
The content is not unlawful

We may refuse to manufacture content that we reasonably believe could infringe copyright, trade marks or other third-party rights, or that is unlawful or inappropriate.

7. Vinyl application and surface suitability

Customers are responsible for checking that the surface onto which a vinyl product will be applied is suitable.

Application results can vary depending on factors including:

Surface material
Surface condition
Cleanliness
Temperature
Preparation
Application technique

Where application instructions are supplied, we recommend following them carefully.

StreetPeel cannot guarantee adhesion to every possible surface or finish.

8. Delivery

Delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy.

Any dispatch or delivery dates shown on the website are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed.

We will deliver goods without undue delay and within the time required by applicable UK consumer law unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Personalised and custom-made goods may be excluded from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right because they are manufactured specifically for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered.

10. Faulty or damaged products

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@streetpeel.com and include your order number.

We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your legal rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

11. Intellectual property

The StreetPeel name, website content, product photography, graphics and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Rights in customer-supplied artwork remain with the relevant rights holder.

12. Website use

You agree not to use our website:

For unlawful purposes
To interfere with the operation or security of the website
To attempt unauthorised access to our systems
To submit malicious software or harmful content
To make fraudulent purchases

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

13. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include severe weather, postal disruption, transport disruption, network failures, supplier disruption or other events we could not reasonably prevent.

If a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and will respect any rights you have under UK consumer law.

The terms applying to an order are generally those in force when the order is placed, subject to any rights provided by law.
